Welcome to your premium experience! We are excited you have chosen to cheer on the Sooners with us and invest in a premium gameday experience. This webpage contains information to help you better understand your club experience to create your best gameday possible! 

digital ticketS & parking PASSES

Tickets and any eligible Sooner Club benefits including parking and Champions Tailgate passes can be accessed via the Oklahoma Sooners app to allow faster delivery and flexibility in downloading and transferring. Delivery of tickets and parking passes can be expected in August. You will receive an email when your tickets and any additional mobile items are ready.

​Account holders will first need to ensure your OU Athletics online account is active and the most up-to-date version of the app is installed. Information regarding how to download the Oklahoma Sooners app and how to access, download and transfer tickets and parking passes can be found below.

GAME WEEK EMAILS

Each game week you'll receive an email with gameday information specific to your premium area detailing reminders about digital ticketing & parking, stocking your suite, gate information, and your designated club menu.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Food and non-alcoholic beverages are inclusive to your club experience. Cups are provided for fountain drinks and club menus differ for each game and can be found in the game week emails sent to the account holder's email address on file. 

Beer, wine and canned cocktails will be available for purchase in the club. Gaylord Family - Oklahoma Memorial Stadium is a cashless venue. All major credit cards are accepted.

Our Sooner Club Donor Engagement team is here to intentionally and proactively look for ways to better serve you and your family as valued Sooner Club members now and for years to come. In addition to our Sooner Club staff, our Sooner Club Stewards are also happy to assist you in your premium area. If you have questions or need assistance on gameday, you can spot our Sooner Club Stewards wearing a grey polo. If you see us, say hi! We’d love to get to know you and assist with your first premium gameday experience.

What is the difference between my Sooner Club Donor Representative & my Sooner Club Donor Engagement Representative? 
​
Your Sooner Club Donor Representative can assist with items such as your membership level and benefits, payments, extra seat orders and lease agreement. Your Sooner Club Donor Engagement Representative is here to assist with your gameday experience. This team member can answer questions related to accessing your club, food and beverage experience or any additional gameday questions.
