Graduate assistant
Must currently be enrolled in an OU graduate program such as, but not limited to: Intercollegiate Athletics Administration, Higher Education, Human Relations. Graduate assistants are responsible in many facets of the day-to-day operations of the Sooner Club. Duties largely include:
- Effectively communicating with our 11,000+ members by answering the main line, responding to emails and answering donors’ questions in regards to tickets, donations, parking, and various processes with the expectation to handle donor information with care and discretion at all times.
- Contributing on football game days through areas such as parking, pre-game events and hospitality.
- Having a vast understanding of Paciolan, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel.
- Assisting with special projects within the Sooner Club and the Athletics Department.
sooner club steward
Temporary guest relations assistants needed to staff suite and club areas at home football events for the upcoming 2020 season. Duties include greeting attendees, coordinating check-ins, actively listening to needs and effectively responding to questions and maintaining a customer-oriented and professional attitude.
student assistant
Must currently be enrolled as a student at OU. Duties include answering the main line for the Sooner Club and answering donors’ questions in regards to tickets, donations, parking, and various processes. A student assistant with the Sooner Club is expected to handle donor information with care and discretion at all times.
creative student assistant
Have skills in writing, graphic design or video? Duties to include assisting the Sooner Club Communications Team with projects that tailor to your skillset to capture student-athlete or donor stories to share with our membership base. Must currently be enrolled as a student at OU.
intern
Interested in gaining experience in areas such as development and fundraising, hospitality, donor engagement or letter winners? Duties to include working on special projects tailored to your interest. Must currently be enrolled as a student at OU.
