Director of Development Dusty Clements joined the Sooner Club staff in February of 2007 as director of annual giving. Clements oversees the Sooner Club's annual giving program, including the administration of priority seating, donor benefits and seating requests. He also has responsibilities with the major gift and endowment programs along with administration of the Sooner Schooner Courtesy Car program. Clements came to OU after spending three years at the University of Wyoming where he worked as a development officer in the Cowboy Joe Club, the fundraising entity for UW's athletics program. He also served as assistant commissioner for media relations for the Big Sky Conference league office from 2001-04. His duties included handling all public relations and publicity efforts for the eight-team Division I conference. A native of Gillette, Wyo., Clements graduated from Wyoming with a bachelor's degree in journalism in 1998 and completed a master's degree from UW in communication in 2001.
